Privacy policy

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and shows no advertising. The only data processed is what you deliberately send through the contact form: the server does not record your IP address.
Data controller
The data controller is the site publisher, identified in the legal notice. Any request about your data can be sent to the email address given there.
No data protection officer has been appointed: the activity falls under none of the cases where article 37 of the GDPR makes it mandatory.

- Purpose
- Receiving your message and replying to it.
- Data
- Your name, your email address and the content of your message.
- Legal basis
- Your own initiative: legitimate interest in answering an enquiry (article 6.1.f GDPR), or pre-contractual steps where the message concerns an assignment (article 6.1.b).
- Recipients
- The publisher alone. The message is received by a script hosted on the site's own server, then forwarded to his mailbox. No third-party form service is involved.
- Retention
- Messages are deleted as soon as the request has been handled, and at the latest twelve months after the last exchange. Where the conversation leads to a contract, the related documents are kept for the applicable statutory periods.
Display preference
- Purpose
- Remembering your light or dark theme choice between visits.
- Data
- A theme value, light or dark, in your browser's local storage. Your language is not stored: it is carried by the page address.
- Legal basis
- Exempt from consent: the value is strictly necessary for a service you explicitly requested by switching the theme (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
- Recipients
- Nobody. The value never leaves your browser.
- Retention
- Until you clear your browsing data. No cookie is set.
Processors
Only two providers are involved, both established in the European Union. No data is transferred outside the Union.

The server is administered by the publisher; the provider makes no use of its own of the data passing through it.
jsDelivr (Prospect One)
- Role
- Delivering the script for the eco-design badge shown in the footer.
- Location
- European Union
The badge then queries the Collectif Conception Numérique Responsable's interface to compute the page's environmental score. Both services receive your IP address and the address of the page you are viewing. Neither sets a cookie, and neither is used for advertising tracking.
What this site does not do
- No analytics, no cookies, no advertising trackers.
- No tracking social buttons: the LinkedIn and GitHub links are plain links.
- No sale, transfer or sharing of data with third parties.
- No automated decision-making and no profiling.
- No logging of your IP address by the server.
- The advertising script present in an earlier version of the site has been removed.
Your rights
You have the following rights over the data concerning you:
- right of access: obtain a copy of the data held;
- right to rectification: have inaccurate information corrected;
- right to erasure: request the deletion of your data;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object, in particular to processing based on legitimate interest;
- right to portability of the data you provided.
To exercise them, write to the email address given in the legal notice. You will get an answer within one month. If it does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The server is administered by the publisher, kept up to date and exposes only the services it needs. Messages received through the form are kept in his mailbox alone.

This policy changes along with the site and its tooling. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the page.
